Every paid plan includes a print-ready PDF to print wherever you like. Or order a printed book from our print partner, priced per book, with 10% off on Family and 15% off on Heirloom.
Prices in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time in Settings.
Before you choose
What is a credit?
Credits pay for Otohpia’s work on your album: finding your best photos and putting your story together. Screenshots are set aside for free.
Do credits expire?
Your 350 welcome credits are yours for 14 days from the day you start your first album, and Otohpia spends them first. Credits you buy never expire. Plan credits don’t carry over: a monthly plan’s refresh each month, a yearly plan’s come up front and last the year, and Otohpia always spends them before the credits you bought.
What happens to an album without a plan?
Without a plan, each album stays open on your shelf for 12 months from the day you make it, inside Free’s 1 GB, and you can share it by link. After 12 months it locks for 60 days: it stays on your shelf as a faded cover, and you can still download its photos. Choose a plan in that time and it opens again. Then it’s deleted, and we email you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before.
What happens if my plan ends?
Your shelf stays, and you’re on Free: you can still make albums and buy credits. If you cancel, your plan works until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for. Free keeps up to 1 GB of your albums open for 12 months. We pick your newest first, and you can change the choice. The others lock for 60 days: you can still download their photos, and choosing a plan opens them again. Then they’re deleted, and we email you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before. People who saved one of your albums may be offered to keep it in their own paid plan, unless you switch that off, and you can give an album to someone who has a Family or Heirloom plan.
Do the people I share with have to pay?
No. A shared album sits on their shelf for free and never uses their storage or credits, for as long as the album is open.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving up, to a bigger plan or to yearly on the same plan, happens at once: a new month (or year) starts that day, you pay the new price less the unused part of your current plan (its time or its plan credits left, whichever is smaller), and the new plan’s credits arrive straight away, while the plan credits left from your old plan end. Credits you bought stay yours. Moving down, to a smaller plan or from yearly to monthly, happens at the end of the month or year you’ve paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of a payment, if you haven’t used what it paid for (credits from it, or a print-ready PDF downloaded since), email us at hello@otohpia.com and we’ll refund it. Refunding a plan payment ends the plan, and your family moves to Free. We don’t refund for how an AI album turned out. If something broke on our side, write to us.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in Settings. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month and a yearly plan at the end of the year you paid for, and everything works as usual until then.
