Terms of Service

The deal, in plain language

What Otohpia is

Otohpia turns your family’s photos into authored memory books, through a conversation with Alma. These terms cover your use of otohpia.com and everything it does.

Your photos and stories stay yours

You own your photos, your stories, and the albums we build from them. By adding them you give us permission to store and process them for exactly one purpose: building and showing your albums. We claim no other rights, and the permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

What you promise

You’re 18 or older, and you have the right to add the photos you add, including photos of the people in your family. You won’t upload content that’s illegal or belongs to someone who hasn’t let you use it, and you won’t use Otohpia to harm anyone.

What we promise, and what we can't

We work to keep Otohpia safe, honest, and available, and your data handled exactly as the Privacy Policy says. Otohpia is provided as is: we can’t promise it will never be down or never make a mistake, and our liability to you is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of your original photos.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and everything goes with it, immediately and permanently. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you if we do.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email before the change takes effect.
